Without a doubt, I give it 5 stars.
This was my third visit, and I noticed that the soy sauce flavor, which was quite sharp and impactful during my first visit, has become more balanced. The soy sauce aroma from the soup, the noodles, the bamboo shoots, and the char siu were all incredibly delicious and harmoniously blended together in the ramen.
Honestly, whether it was the first visit or this time, both were delicious. The niboshi gyokai (dried sardine and seafood) ramen I had on my second visit was also excellent. I believe that anyone would find their favorite ramen here, so I highly recommend you make time to try it.
This ramen appeals to everyone: young people who like rich ramen, those who prefer traditional soy sauce flavors, and fans of Kyoto-style ramen.
Since it’s a popular shop, expect a line before the opening at 11:00 AM. Be prepared to wait.
In the evening, they may close early if they run out of soup, so it’s best to check their official Twitter before you go.
I promise you won’t be disappointed. Just try it once and see how truly delicious it is!
