June 14, 2024, First Visit
I had a drinking party near Kyoto Station, so I decided to visit the sauna at Hakusanyou before the party. It was my first time visiting, and I found the place quite clean with a good variety of baths. I thought it would be a great spot to use again whenever I have a drinking party near Kyoto Station.
The types of baths available include a bubble bath, jet bath, electric bath, daily special bath, deep bath, cold bath, and sauna. The sauna can accommodate about 5 to 6 people, so it might get crowded at times.
Shampoo and body soap are provided, and there is one free-to-use hairdryer. You only need to bring your own towel, which makes it very convenient.
The access from nearby stations is excellent, and it’s rare for a public bathhouse to have parking, but this one does, making it very user-friendly.
Bathing Manners:
1、Dispose of used razors in the trash can.
2、Mixed bathing of boys and girls over 7 years old is not allowed.
3、Ensure children do not run or urinate in the bath area.
4、Dry off your body before returning to the dressing room.
5、Remove your underwear before entering the bath.
6、Wash your body before entering the bath.
7、Avoid splashing water or soap on others.
8、Rinse off soap bubbles before entering the bath.
9、Enter the bath slowly and quietly.
10、Do not let towels or hair soak in the bathwater.
11、Do not shampoo or wash your body in the bath.
12、Laundry is not permitted.
